For Theta, they have been going downhill since their hazing issue. There is no denying it. They wanted Pi Kapp, thought they were getting it, but obviously Pi Kapp is taking the higher ranked srat. For Chi O, what makes no sense is how they went from Theta Chi, a top frat, to Tep, a bottom. It’s obvious they downgraded, even the own sorority is saying it, but is there a reason? Did they have other frats but just were ditched?
