The only real measurement of a houses status/desirability that’s not fluff and reputation is how they rank by the PHA various categories and status year to year. if you’re on probation or thin ice, how academic your are, fundraising and other metrics. there are pretty girls in every house, fun/party, academic, nerdy/quite. there is no house that’s one dimensional. close but not across the board.
