Exactly right. Not all of them of course. Plenty of guys in top tier houses are good, solid guys. But you get a lot of “peaked senior year of high school” types who think college is still a popularity contest. That’s why I look more towards the “mid” and “low” tiers for guys who are actually trying to be better men, lifting others up instead slinging arrows non stop at people. Theta Chi, Delta Sigs, KDR, etc...these guys are who you look to if you want all around high quality guys.
