Hi! I'm currently thinking about transferring to TOSU next fall. I'd be coming in as a sophomore. I know TOSU does Spring Rush, but are transfers able to COB in before that, or do they have to wait? Additionally, do you have any tips on rushing as a sophomore? Thanks :)
