idk if this is true or what, but from what rho gams & older actives have told me, pha has never seen so many pnms drop before & most chapters will most likely not meet quota. in general, most chapters do cob, but i've been told due to this year's circumstances, pretty much every chapter will be doing it this year. chapters won't know until bid day for snap bidding & will wait a bit after bid day since pha is also expecting girls to drop after bid day too.
