so why they bottom tier? looking at all the comments on other posts it seems like most houses recruit one kind of person (and think they are better than the others). Not trying to be argumentative just trying to understand. I spoke to them and had a good conversations so far and as the original post said they have a lot of pretty girls etc. Am I missing something :)
