It's obvious that OSU is trying to crush greek life. The only way we can keep things fun is by starting the summer off right with this excellent recipe. Heat the canola oil in a nonstick saute pan over medium-high heat. Place the bologna in the pan and cook until brown, about 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Top with a slice of American cheese and remove the pan from the heat. Spread mayonnaise on both slices of bread. Top one slice of bread with the fried bologna and melted cheese and add the second piece of bread to make a sandwich. For a more upscale version, use artisan or French bread or a brioche bun instead of white bread.
