That is ritual-based and private. Compared to the other PNMs, you did not meet their cutoff on who to invite back. One 15-30 minute conversation with one member does not mean you fit in to their chapter, it just means you had a friendly conversation. PNMs, please do not take getting cut personally, especially from competitive sororities. They have to cut a large number of PNMs and it does not mean they dislike you as a person. Cuts have to happen somewhere. You'll learn next year.
