I'm not going to say its easy, but they're also not as exclusive as the top tiers. I would say in general Phi Psi, Sig Chi, and Kappa sig are the hardest. SAE and Delt the second hardest level and then the rest. Sammy used to be the most difficult for years but they got kicked off so they will be giving away more bids than usual because they have to grow in numbers so that is always an option as well.
