First, they haven't been guaranteed a space next year. Second, they need to start from scratch. If I remember right, they can repledge any new members that weren't initiated, if any are still around and want to be pledges when they are seniors. They will probably come in at the top of the bottom tier because of their alumnae base and the existance of a very nice house. It will be easier for them to rise than Gamma Phi and Zeta because of their name.
