This is laughable. In no world is Phi Delt or Phi Psi top tier. Hahahahahahahahaa. Sigma Chi honestly not looking that great either. Teir 2 is more like the real Tier 1. Sororities…honestly, there really isn’t that much difference and the “bottom” chapters aren’t really bottom. I’d say there are two chapters that are “top” and the rest are the same. Period.
