How did Pi Phi get such a great pledge class? I didn't think they recruited for looks, APhi seems to have that on lock. And I feel like Theta and DG still have that elite reputation that makes everyone want them. I just feel like nobody ever prefs Pi Phi first. How did they pull off the best PC? Idk just food for thought
