The girls all look the same, the guys all look the same. When people talk about "rank" at Miami it ultimately means "how hard is it to get a bid." Tier One sororities almost require you to know several members to get a bid and drop a ton of girls before philanthropy. Tier Two drops the most girls before sisterhood. Tier Threes generally will participate in both formal and informal. Tier Four doesn't do formal recruitment at all and are more specialized sororities. Tier Three is just as active as Tier One -- honestly, it is usually the Tier Three chapters winning all the Greek Life awards. Truly ADPi, AOPi, ChiO, and DDD have won more awards than AXO, APhi, DG, and Theta. The Tier One sororities just hang out in different frat basements. Everyone does formal, big/little, socials, and frat mixers. No bad chapters here. Go where you vibe.
