#18 Phi Sigma Rho, but waaaaay below PhiSig. This is just how I see it. I do not think APhi should be above 4, they have retention issues. ChiO, PiPhi, and Aoii are all underrated, so I have them higher here than most would. I think the big 5 now includes Kappa with DG at #6.
