Why is sig ep hyped up so much? They have the most strictly enforced dry housing policy, they literally got kicked off originally for a person from nationals finding empty beer cans on a surprise visit. If they do get their house back (which they won’t while we’re still in college) their nationals will watch them like a hawk and force them to have a live in advisor. So the only parties they will throw will be at annexes or other frats, L I can see them being middle tier at best but top? Be serious
