Without disclosing who I am, I was in a situation this morning where I heard and saw enough to know that panhel is making some type of an announcement by next Friday pulling the charter of 3 fraternities and two sororities. I saw a sheet of paper with two columns and one column clearly had the word “fraternity” on it. The person entering the room spoke of an announcement next Friday.
