Can’t speak for any chapter but my own but the voting process is the same for freshman and sophomore pnm’s in my chapter. No idea what the actual quota for sophomores is, BUT if you have a decent GPA, are good at conversation, and are “normal”, you have a pretty good shot at getting a bid to some of the better sororities. Likely because (in my experience) everyone wants the “cool” sophomores.
