both have nationals all over them. both have live in advisors. Beta has a grandma live in advisor... What am i trying to get at? sig chi might be relevant by this time next year but no one here will see either alphas back at their peaks. Beta from 2010-2012 and sig chi from 2002-2010. Only way either of these frats rise is if like sig pi or theta chi or phi delt get kicked off and even if that does happen all the "top tier" frats will still have better annex houses/parties
