People keep posting the same rankings over and over again, maybe bumping themselves up a spot but keeping everything else the same as the other 100 rankings on this site. Although tiers (top, middle, and bottom) stay pretty consistent each year, rankings switch within tiers based on PC, parties, socials, philanthropy, reputation, and lots of other factors.
