Not every sorority gets exactly quota on bid day! One year we got a bunch more girls on bid day than quota, so there was obviously no need for snap bids. There's not many ways to tell which houses will be doing snap bids, but if you're interested, I'd contact the panhellenic recruitment officer (I'm not sure who it is but your rho gamma will be able to tell you I think). Usually it's the houses who are under quota or who barely hit quota but are willing to take more girls. I'm not sure which houses you're able to receive them from- that's another question for your rho gamma. Honestly, people should be relying on them more because they probably have more answers than most people on this site.
