Also remember you can always drop after bid day if you're not feeling right. I'd say it's better to stick it out and see if you're happy wherever you end up (and give it a week or two after bid day because it's always a little awkward and weird right off the bat). If you're still not happy where you are, go ahead and drop. You can definitely still have a great time at Miami without a sorority though- I'm from way out of state and am a member of both a sorority and a professional frat, and I honestly find that my professional frat has more parties and goes out more than my sorority does.
