What's the deal with the off campus frats? From what I've seen and heard they always seem to have good parties and hang out with top sororities and fraternities. Also most of the sophomores ive talked to in phi psi and phi tau all live off campus and phi taus still live in their house. All that being said is it worth rushing those if theres no real difference between being off campus and on campus?
