Top ATO (KS) ASP KS is not throwing any parties and probably won't try to make too much noise so they aren't kicked off which is fine, they still have great guys and pull. ATO and AlphaSig are the obvious best choices here. Lower Top (SN) PKA BTP SAE Yeah SN is in the same boat as KS but worse with losing the mansion in a year or two but are still rock solid, pull isn't as great either but way better than anything else. Pike and Beta are two obvious options, Pike having a lot of hit or miss guys just rechartering but a much better house and location while beta house is small and far but the guys and their pull are top tier. SAE may seem off here but their name plus having the big house (or whichever it is they recently bought) plus the lake house. They are super squishy without pledge ship but are primed to move up. Upper Mid ChiPhi PSK Fiji ChiPhi has the best house at Clemson, Fiji has one of the best houses for football season, and PSK has the best guys in a good house but the worse of the 3.
