sophomore here! from what i have seen, gphi and zeta seem to really value diversity but have much different vibes (not trying to stereotype a whole group of girls but). zeta tends to have more girls that want to party everyday all day, while gphi has a mix of partiers and those more focused on sisterhood. both are great chapters & really care about their philanthropy! least inclusion: aphis & adpi take more similar girls. not saying they don’t value diverse looks/personalities but the adpi stereotype is “pageant girls” & and aphi is “pretty, rich blondes” axo is another one that i would say is pretty diverse.
