I get stereotyping popularity and frat relations but the smarts thing makes no sense. Either rank using the GPA stats or don’t mention it at all because there are ALWAYS exceptions to the rule, and if you got into Clemson you’re usually reasonably smart to begin with. I know ADPis who have failed classes and Chi Os who are headed to Ivy League grad schools.
