I seriously doubt there will be any kind of formal recruitment in the spring. Panhellenic seems to be going all out to salvage fall rush and are doing their best given the circumstances. You can always try COB, but your options will probably be limited to bottom tiers. I’d suggest making the best of this situation now so you can look forward to getting to know your sisters in the spring rather than taking your chances later and scrambling. I predict that a lot of girls will skip this year, meaning that there will be double the competition in 2021 which isn’t a good option either.
