Lol I rushed last year and I definitely wouldn’t say’top’ chapters are that great at small top if we’re thinking about the same sororities. I found in General they know who they want and have no problem making other girls who are rushing feel completely uncomfortable and unwelcome in their rush events. I ranked 2 out of he 5 ‘top’ chapters in my bottom 3 after round one last year and none of them were near the top
