Since you already accepted a bid, keep an open mind and see if it gets better in your chosen chapter, but no if not, you can drop before pledging and be eligible for COB next year. Sometimes people get a more authentic experience going through COB instead of formal recruitment. I am curious, though. How did you decide to pick your "top tier"? We're you basing this on looks, too?
