Take a deep breath and pat yourself on the back for getting through such an emotional experience. It may seem super personal but honestly it’s way more of a numbers game than anyone in Greek life is willing to admit. Being in a sorority or not doesn’t define your college experience. Classes haven’t even started yet, and you will meet so many amazing people this week! There are lots of other ways to meet people, so don’t let the way you feel right now keep you from putting yourself out there in other ways. Clemson has so much more to offer than just Greek life and freshman year is the best! If you still want to join a sorority, try COB or rush again next year.
