^ basically this. Sigma Pi has always been a strong chapter at Clemson, especially since they generally aren’t great down south. Also SAE was able to continue to recruit and survived until they came back. Pike and Sigma Chi had the school push back there suspensions and no one wanted to be associated with Sig Ep
