1. ATO- they’re slowly declining. Probably best looking guys but they will get passed within the next year. Don’t do much. 2. Phi Delt- Phi Delt is starting to recruit well and getting rid of some weird guys. They just passed Kappa Sig but still need another house. 3. Beta- Probably will become the top this year. They obviously got the Shack and recruit well. 4. Kappa Sig- Lost their house and have some questionable guys. They need to make moves in order to stay relevant without a house. 5. Sig Nu- declining every year. They will continue to drop but still have some cool guys. 6. AGR- Very country and have allegations against them so we'll see. 7. Alpha Sig- making moves and should become top 5 in the next couple years. Solid guys. 8. KA- not much they’re doing. Just relevant because of their history and some normal guys. Now middle tier 9. Phi Sig- guys are getting better and bamboo is decent some pot heads though 10. Delta Chi- Dropped a little after what happened but still middle of the road. 11. Pi Kapp- don’t know too much but heard they’re building a house that should be cool. 12. Fiji- some weird guys but they will rise more if they can recruit better. 13. DTD- the lowest of the middle tier but not bottom some normal guys and nice too. The Rest- sorry don’t know too much about the rest but are solid options if you’re just looking for friends.
