That's pretty similar to what I heard. 2 year suspension with a lengthy probation after and a very hardcore membership review. The guys are expecting to have 20-25 guys returning in the Fall which is rough and not enough to fill the house or do anything and its why they're looking for someone to sign a 2 year lease starting in the Fall. I also heard that KA is only group that's made a formal offer but I don't know if that's true. Their alumni are so conservative and restrictive on what they do I'm not sure I believe that they'd get them a house like that.
