it's more complicated than that, AGR wants a lot of money for rent and there are massive insurance requirements for a lettered house. it's all in the alumni's hands right now plus you have to have 12 guys break their leases and live there and pay the cook. this is well beyond anything a chapter can handle. the alumni have to make the deal. similar reason's kept KA from taking Pike's deal. their alumni were very very risk averse.
