If they wait too long watch it go to phi delt, they've been trying to get one of these places for forever and DGAF honestly. AGR isn't going to wait I could see Kappa Sig or phi Sig having a shot as well. Either way idk why anyone would let this up, even if the membership has to be social members. The bad guys are out and probably half of the guys that had nothing to do with it are gone as well. AGR won't be too much of an impact on the social aspect of the house.
