They must know something already because both ATO and KA have proposals from AGR in hand. The issue with taking the AGR house is that it's been requested that you make the current AGR guys "social members" of the frat that rents it. Similar to the Beta/Pike deal but both KA and ATO are hesitant to agree. The stigma of having those guys hanging around all the time is just too much.
