no one is disputing Phi Delt's garage. It is far but its in the middle of no where so you can have huge parties. ATO will also have the Fort but they always prefer to do joints at someone else's house to keep themselves out of trouble. KS's house is only good for outside events during the day and if they have a party at night the cops are there immediately. It's why they've been sucking up to Beta recently.
