I agree. The compound is a better spot, but the fact that chi phi is there makes it hard for anyone to tailgate there. I suspect it will be the new spot where bottom tier fraternities tailgate, like triangle farmhouse and chi psi. I would rank: KS > WH > Ski Lodge > Compound. While White House is going to be Fiji, they have more years under their belt and pledge classes to make up for their weird old guys. Chi Phi is too damn weird for anyone to want to tailgate with them. Ski lodge is small, but is good for SAE or ATO to hold a 2 fraternity tailgate. Kappa sig spot will always be the best though.
