I'm gonna go ahead and say the compound by a slight lead. The compound is a much better all around spot, the WH is comparable when it comes to tailgates but for the spring semester after tailgates aren't a thing the compound is about 20x better party spot. However fiji is a better fraternity than chi phi so that will definitely even it out for the football season. Fiji also isn't planning on using the WH in the spring anyways since they know it's a liability as soon as it gets passed 7 with the neighbors and they have the phi Tau spot for when it gets warm. Ski Lodge is less of a liability than the WH but is smaller. Compound/KS house WH/Ski Lodge
