Off canpus is not that good anymore at all. SX barely uses the big house anymore and sold it for the coming fall. PKA already sold the shack. Lambda and SP having the compound is meaningless now that it sucks. The whitehouse is good but between 4 fraternities it doesnt really elevate them that much, especially with ATO taking it over. Fiji is definitely not that high. DTD is not over Phi Sig and phi sog should be much higher. If pi kapp actually has the big house they should move up a lot. KA is WAAAAYYYY too high. Theyre getting desperate on GR.
