Its completely true. Ka and Sn are well behind ks ato and agr in recruiting southerners, since thats what they mainly go for. Even in state guys are going ato and agr first and then ks then ka and sn. Btp recruits norherners first so phi delt is really their only competition and they obviously have lost out the majority of the time since phi delt got the compound. Even though northerners arent as big of a pool to recruit from the drop off in quality is still about even. These 3 are exactly the same to me. All are try hards. All get left overs. All 3 didnt have housing. Its just that one is northern and one is southern.
