Going to be a freshman at Clemson next year and saw the White House. Wasn't really impressed. Does Sigma Pi actually throw parties there or just tailgates? It doesn't look big enough to actually have a party in doors. Does it have a basement? Also are neighbors okay with parties? Same question with the Ski Lodge, which is even smaller, did SAE have parties there or just tailgates?
