I wouldnt say KA and SN had better pledge classes at all. The only fraternity taking better northerners is phi delt. Meanwhile KA and SN are both VERY well behind ATO KS and AGR. Plus there are northerners that KA and SN get that Beta never wanted. Showing up to their events and ended up not gettig bids while they show up to ka and sn and get bids. Im just saying the housing helps, and i think the guys are of equal quality of KA and SN.
