I never heard anything linking KA and the Big House. They got really close to a deal on the Shack but didn't want to merge with the remaining Pikes which killed the deal. Then it was offered to Beta. As to Big House, I heard this from a SX senior so who knows, but he said Pi Kapp signed a 3 year rental deal and it depends on if SX nationals can negotiate a recharter whether they sell it or not.
