Theyre the in state beta now without any decent party places. Sure they party a bunch in good places with joints but theyve also been suspended or on probation or some kind of restriction for awhile. It sucks becayse theyre really cool guys but lately its been rough for them. As far as the KAs bumping the last rank, its not accurate to think that KA is on the same level it has been after also being in trouble for so long without their own The compound with phi delt is not what it used to be it is still under rated as well. At this point i gave them the edge for that reason alone.
