Why are there so few mixers now? My freshman year, sororities had mixers with different fraternities every week. Why is there so much pressure to mix with the same few fraternities over and over again? I understand sororities want to be top tier, but most of the fraternities just agree to mix with anyone who asks. Mixers aren't an indication of status, so why act like your sorority is exclusively associated with a few fraternities when everyone knows it isn't true?
