I think this post is a little misleading, though probably unintentionally. Snap bids and COB are not the sameness thing, so sororities that gave out snap bids (the ones above) might not be doing COB. Snap vids are vids given out on bid day from chapters who didn't make quota, CoB is informal recruitment that takes place after the fact where you get to know the girls in a chapter and they can offer you a bid
