Do frats here have open rush or COB (continuous open bidding)? Also how does it work? I got a bid for a frat I didnt want and I really wanted to get a bid for one frat in particular. I made it to all their events even the final invite round really thinking I would get in but one bid day I didnt get a bid so could I still get one?
