Lets be honest, housing matters a lot for frats. Tailgate house, normal house, and quad spot: ATO KS ASig This is it, ATO has their fort and tailgate house, Kappa sig has their house that doubles as a normal house and tailgate house, and Asig has the skybox and a house behind downtown. House + quad spot: PDT DX FIJI Phi Delt is on here cause they lost the compound, but still have the fort. FIJI is taking phi tau's compound and lambda's quad spot next year. Just a house: AGR PKA SX SP LXA Lambda lost their quad spot. Just tailgate house: PhiSig Has their house next to sig pi. Just Quad Spot: SN KA BETA PiKapp DTD TKE ?: PKT ChiPhi TRIANGLE FH ChiPsi This should put into perspective the housing situation at Clemson, this might not be 100% right I might have left some things out, but this should show why some of these frats really dont have much going for them even though they're considered cool.
