If you think Beta, who doesn't have their house anymore, is better than AGR, who has the best house, and Phi Delt, who has the new compound, then you're out of your damn mind. Beta's sorority relations aren't even that good, they went down the drain the second their house got torn down. Also, Pike has like 20 brothers left paying dues.
