Top in order KS PKA SAE SX SNu Fiji PDT BTP ATO KS Pike and SAE are the only frats to have everything. SAE doesn't have pledge ship or a nice house so they are last, Pike doesn't have a nice house but isn't soft so they are second. RN KS is the only one with everything including the insane house. SX is focused on philanthropy and focuses most of their funds on 2 big events all year so they aren't as active and their house is old. Still have some of the best pull and get great guys. SNu like SX is a little more boring but their house has a pool and the quality of guys are top notch. During the summer/spring SNu and TKE are some of the most popular spots. a Fiji has some guys who are low key weird AF, more than usual even for a tech frat, and their pull isn't the best but they throw the best parties on this row and have one of the best houses. PhiDelt Beta and ATO are all not as active as the others in top but have great houses, quality of guys and good pull with sororities. Their tailgates here are always legendary though and are even better than groups above them (KS, Pike, Fiji). TKE SigEp KA PKP OX ChiPhi DX LXA OXi AEPi DU Skull Top row here has the pull, parties, and quality of guys to be compared with above but don't rush as well (TKE, KA), are soft AF (SigEp), in trouble for grades or other stuff (PKP, TKE) or have a bad/ok house (KA, SigEp). The middle row here is full of solid respectable groups that have fun but are smaller or have less pull with sororities here. Last row is full of fraternities that will have a couple nights a semester where they throw a big event but are smaller and trying to build their pull and quality of guys.
